Maroun Mediterranean Grill is owned and operated by
Executive/Head Chef; Paul Maroun.
Paul has over 20 + years of restaurateur experience cooking authentic
Lebanese/Mediterranean cuisine, starting in Lebanon, and then in Uptown/Queen Anne,
Seattle since the early 1990's.
Paul operates Maroun Mediterranean Grill solely, as he c0-
owned and ran the prior Mashawi, at the same location, and decided to go into business
on his own for his families best interest.
Maroun Mediterranean Grill is a Lebanese American small family business,
including Paul's wife, Miriam and their 3 young children. They are focused on serving traditional
Lebanese/Mediterranean dishes they have always enjoyed preparing for the Queen Anne community,
as well as some of their unique original specials.
