Maroun Mediterranean Grill is owned and operated by
Executive/Head Chef; Paul Maroun.
Paul has over 20 + years of restaurateur experience cooking authentic
Lebanese/Mediterranean cuisine, starting in Lebanon, and then in Uptown/Queen Anne,
Seattle since the early 1990's.
Paul operates Maroun Mediterranean Grill solely, as he c0-
owned and ran the prior Mashawi, at the same location, and decided to go into business
on his own for his families best interest.
He will be serving the same popular Lebanese/Mediterranean
dishes he has always enjoyed preparing for the Queen Anne community,
as well as some of his unique original specials.
Maroun Mediterranean Grill is a Lebanese American small family business,
including Paul's wife, Miriam and their 3 young children. They are focused on bringing traditional
comfort food from the Mediterranean; specifically Lebanon, to their patrons.
